Bird Photography with Finnature

Under these pages you will find our tours especially designed for bird photographers and some additional information of bird photography. Finnature owner Jari Peltomäki is professional wildlife photographer himself and he was awarded as Wildbird Photographer of the Year 2005. Jari has planned these workshops for bird photographers. We prefer small groups since then everybody in group gets the best chance for the photos.

BBC uses Finnature when they want to come to photograph Capercaillies or Black Grouse in Finland, why won’t you? During the years we have been helping many professional photographers to get some of their greatest images from Finland and Varanger. Pro´s using Finnature´s services includes Andy Rouse, David Tipling, George Mccarthy, Mike Mockler, Gordon Langsbury and Guy Edwardes.

For small photography groups we use Toyota Hiace Four Wheel Drive as transportation, thus we have plenty of space in car for photographers equipment and we also have acces to the small tracks in forest.
